Legitimation – First of all, we can treat the data because the interested parties themselves or their managers provide them to manage their registration as a user on the web.
We also ask them for permission to process their data, especially in cases in which current legislation requires us to do so, for example in the case of sending commercial emails.
Finally, sometimes some law will ask us to present or keep certain documentation in which personal data of our clients may appear, such as the General Tax Law (General Tributaria), so we will have to treat this data in its compliance.
